Frequently Asked Questions

Do we get to pick which Wednesday is our Community Table Day?

You rank your top 5 preferred Wednesdays during the application. We assign dates based on preferences, with priority given to schools with greater financial need for busier days.

How is the 12% calculated?

It's 12% of Twelvemonth's total revenue for that Wednesday. The more your community comes out to dine, the more your school earns.

What happens to the student content?

Winning entries are shared on this website and may be featured in-restaurant and on social media. By submitting, you grant Twelvemonth permission to display the content in connection with the program.

Our school is 30 miles away. Can we still apply?

Absolutely. Geographic proximity is one of four scoring dimensions. Exceptional content, an engaged community, or strong financial need can make any school competitive.

We'd like Twelvemonth to donate to our event/fundraiser/gala.

Community Table Days is what we have, and we think it's better than a one-off donation. We focus our charitable energy there rather than individual asks.
